In this film Big b will appear as 13 year old boy suffering with a rare disease. Abhishek Bachchan and Vidhya Balan will appear as Big B's parents. Paresh Rawal played Big B's grand pa role.

Trailer and promos of this movie recently out which is catching the audience eye. Music in the trailer which was composed by Ilaiyaraaja is extra ordinary.
