Earlier this beauty has appeared in the movies like Emran Hashmi's The Train and Paying Guests. In Madhur Bhandarkar's Jail appeared in a cameo role. None of the above movies gave break to Sayali.

She has tested her luck in Tollywood also with Allari Naresh's Blade Babji. That movie was hit but this baby was flop on Telugu industry also.
